We try our best to make you get desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our shipping error, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after receiving the return products.
Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will cancel your order as your request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping (including the original shipping, handling and return postage), and 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
We accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days from the purchase date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped by us. Returns within 30 days from purchase date can be for repair, exchange, refund at our discretion. After thirty (30) days and up to one (1) year of purchase, we will, subject to inspection, repair the defective battery pack or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit.
Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.
For battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect. A battery pack that retains eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal. For battery pack or battery related products, warranty is void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar coded warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned to us within 30 days from the purchase date, at our discretion for: refund, replacement, exchange or repair. NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted by us within 30 days from the purchase date, at our discretion for: partial refund, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
If your package is lost in transit, we must follow a set of procedures to locate your package. We must start a tracer with the shipping company. A tracer can take up to 8 business days to process. If the package is not found in that period of time, we can then reship your order. Unfortunately, we do have to wait until the tracer is complete before reshipping your order.

It is our goal to provide our customer with 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately. We will try our best to solve your problem. If you return the product(s) to us within 30 days, we will refund you the full product price (Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error). Prior to returning our products, email us for a RMA and complete the instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us. Please see "RMA procedures" below. Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: All returns must have a RMA for processing. Please e-mail us at server@laptop-battery-shop.org to obtain approval as well as the RMA. RMA are only valid for thirty (30) days (postmarked by or carrier posted by the 30th day).
2. Include RMA on the outside of the package: It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted.
3. Shipped within thirty (30) days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA. Packages received after the 30th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
4. Repack in original packaging: Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We strongly recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. Products which you purchased from us must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
5. In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted. The return must be shipped by standard ground shipment or regular First Class Mail in order for shipping cost credit. We will not refund the extra shipping cost of express delivery.
